Eleanor Hasan joined the Bipartisan Policy Center as Accounting Manager in September 2007. Prior to her arrival at BPC, Eleanor was a Senior Financial Analyst and the Navy Accounting Team Lead at Nortel Government Solutions, Inc., a Department of Defense contractor in Washington, DC, where she managed a team of analysts and assisted the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters with Financial System analysis and transactional rectification to aid in their efforts of obtaining auditable financial statements. Eleanor became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Virginia in 2005 and has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) since 2003. She is also a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). Eleanor received her B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, in 2003. She and her husband, Mo, currently reside in Occoquan, Virginia.
