Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, Moderator for a
panel on “Reauthorization and Climate Change:
Federal, State, and Local Roles,” 1:30 PM to

Frankel served as the Assistant
Secretary for Transportation Policy for the
U.S. Department of Transportation from 2002 to
2005 under President George W. Bush.
