Ron Wyden, D-Ore., a member of the Senate Budget and Finance committees, and Senate Budget ranking member Judd Gregg said their tax reform bill would allow most taxpayers to use a single-page form, would reduce taxes for most taxpayers earning less than $200,000 and would stimulate economic growth."

"The senators discussed their proposal at a Bipartisan Policy Center forum moderated by former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D., who said it contained 'some solid ideas on how to reform the tax code.'"
