"The Bipartisan Policy Center has named Julie Barnes director of health policy. In her new role, she’ll oversee the center’s Leaders’ Project on the State of American Health Care, an effort led by former Senate Majority Leaders Howard Baker (R-Tenn.), Bob Dole (R-Kan.) and Tom Daschle (D-S.D.)."
